[MS Office] Creating email signature with photo or logo in MS Outlook 2007
Creating signatures in MS Outlook 2007 is not so hard as it looks.
To create signature you need to:
1. Click on Tools menu

2. Click on Options, then on tab Mail Format
3. Here, under Message Format choose format of your signature: HTML, Rich text or Plain text, and then slick on Signatures button
In this Window you can create your new signature by clicking New button, or edit existing one by selecting it from the list of signatures. In the field Edit signature you can type and customize your signature even you can add a picture and vCard. The problem with adding pictures this way is that you don’t have so much freedom in formatting it and aligning it with text.
Solution is to make your signature with picture in MS Word, select it (CTRL + A) and paste it in this window (CTRL + V)
In this window you can also select default signature, and actions when creating new messages or forwarding and replying.
When you finish just press OK and you are done!
First three steps you can skip by clicking on Signature button then Signatures when creating New email.
The same button is giving you an option to choose signature that you will use for current email message.
If you are trying to edit your signature by editing signature files, you can find your files here:
C:\Documents & settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
user name = your windows username
